Welcome to Uppsala, the oldest university in the Nordics and the best place to pursue your studies with its rich culture and traditions. Through our association, you will be able to connect with other students within the Bachelor's Program in Peace and Development Studies and its appurtenant courses.
Initiation
All students accepted to the program or an individual course within it are welcome to participate during our initiation weeks beginning at the end of August. There is more information regarding this year’s welcome weeks to come!

Membership
In order to participate during our initiation and our other activities, you need to become a member in UPaD. There will be an opportunity to register a new membership during the first day of the initiation. However, if you will not able to attend that day, you can easily become a member by filling out the application and paying the membership fee to UPaD’s bank account as instructed. The membership fee is 300 SEK for a three year membership, 75 SEK for a course membership, and 100 SEK for an alumni membership.
