Kallelse till extrainsatt årsmöte för verksamhetsåret 2025!

Till skillnad från tidigare år har vi schemalagt det ordinarie årsmötet i december istället för i januari. Detta är för att underlätta överlämningen mellan nuvarande styrelse, varav många åker iväg på utbyte, och nästa styrelse. Eftersom räkenskapsåret ännu inte är slut vid årsmötets tid kommer vi ha ett extrainsatt årsmöte den 9e januari där vi presenterar verksamhetsberättelse samt ekonomisk berättelse och revisorerna presenterar deras förslag för att bevilja nuvarande styrelse ansvarsfrihet. Därför kommer också nästa styrelse kliva på officiellt i början på januari men då vara väl informerade om deras roller. Tid och plats för mötet kommer att annonseras inom kort.

Invitation to UPaD's additional annual meeting 2025!

Unlike previous years, we have scheduled the regular annual meeting in December instead of January. This is to make the handover easier between the current board, many of whom are leaving on exchange, and the next board. As the financial year is not yet over at the time of the annual meeting, we will have an additional annual meeting on January 9th where we will present the business report and financial report and the auditors will present their proposal to grant the current board discharge from liability. Therefore, the next board will also step on officially at the beginning of January, but will then be well informed about their roles. The time and place for the meeting will be announced shortly.
